Importance of Student Attendance
As we begin the 2025-26 academic year, we would like to remind all students and parents of the importance of regular attendance and the consequences of truancy. Attendance plays a crucial role in a student's academic success and overall development.
Why Attendance Matters:
Regular attendance helps students:
>Stay on top of their schoolwork and assignments
>Develop good habits and a strong work ethic
>Build positive relationships with teachers and peers
>Improve their academic performance and grades
2025-26 Attendance and Truancy Policy
To ensure all students understand the expectations and guidelines, we have created an informative graphic outlining the 2025-26 attendance and truancy policy. Please take a moment to review the attached graphic.
Let's Work Together
We encourage all students and parents to make attendance a priority this academic year. By working together, we can ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed and reach their full potential. If you have any questions or concerns about attendance or the truancy policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to your school administration or email us at info@chambersk12.org.
Let's make this academic year a successful one!
